Intake/Diagnostic Evaluation $250 - 90 min
Family/Couples Psychotherapy Session $300 - 90 min and $250 - 60 min
Group Therapy $60/per group session
Individual Psychotherapy Session $125 - 45 min and $150 - 60 min
In-office and telehealth sessions offered.
Accepted Insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, CDPHP, Oscar,
United Healthcare, Oxford Health Plan, Optum, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare.
Sliding scale fee for qualifying clients.
From your first appointment, we will take an in-depth look at your concerns in a holistic way. We will create a plan together to address issues affecting your quality of life while promoting empowerment. In part we will identify internal blocks that create obstacles. We will explore helpful ways to establish boundaries and connection with others and increase communication. As you increase peace and joy in your life that will help you to feel more in-tune with yourself and your needs.
We provide psychodynamic therapy. This means that you have access to psychotherapy tools such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego State Therapy (EST), Internal Family System (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Trained (GMT) and psychosomatic processing to reach your therapeutic goals in therapy.

All telehealth sessions are conducted through the secure telehealth platform of Zoom. All in-office sessions are conducted safely in the office with proper PPE/face masks/social distancing despite vaccination. Sessions are for 18 years and older.
